HEALTHY EATING HELPER

If you ever need a helping hand to what foods you should be eating to stay healthy, then this food chart will be very useful to you.

It's a simple guide on what foods to eat, the portions recommended, and the times to eat them.

Why cant chocolate be more like vegetables! I see from the chart i can eat those 'In Abundance!'

But i guess it goes with the saying 'You are what you eat'

I disagree a little with this pyramid.. being an employee of the good ol' NHS we are taught to advise patients on this chart, which includes eating a lot more bread and pasta than the pyramid.
