SLEEP HELPS YOUR SKIN

We all want to look younger, and many of us will use moisturising creams to help slow the age process down.

But something we forget which is a really important factor is getting enough sleep!

It's no good trying to fade away your lines and under eye circles when you wake up in the morning with tired bags that are inevitable whatever cream you use!

Sleep actually repairs damaged skin and cells, so make sure you get your 8 hours sleep at least every night.

That explains so much my skin has been so yucky lately.I only get about 5 to 6 hours sleep a night.Guess I had better try to get a bit more.

I wish I could get more sleep. I get about seven hours of sleep at night but sometimes I get as little as four or five hours. I just don't sleep well or go to sleep too late. I like to do whatever I can to continue looking young.

Look there is a great excuse for me to take a nap...I need to or I'll get wrinkles. hehe

Easier said then done, I keep waking up during the night recently :(
