Start your main meal with a starterIt may seem like your eating too much, but if you eat a salad or vegetable soup they are low in calories and will fill you up.

Eat unlimited snacks (No not chocolate, cakes and crisps!) - the healthy typeNon starchy foods are great like vegetables like peppers, carrots, celery, and cucumbers, as they all have high water content, and a low calorie count.
As well as burning off calories, it helps you fight the urge to want to munch on snacks
You may think your doing the right thing, and feeling better about yourself by drinking diet coke, but in fact even diet soft drinks and artificially sweetened foods can lead to weight gain.
Your better off drinking plenty of water, which is good for you and again will fill you up.
