CURE DRY HAIR

Some people get alot of dry hair, and no matter what moisturising shampoo these use it still stays the same.

Dry hair is usually caused by over exposure to the sun and heating products we use on our hair i.e hair dryers and straighteners.

Having dry hair could be a warning your body is lacking in Vitamin A, and making your skin dry out too no doubt.

You can combat this by eating fish, green leaf vegetables and yellow fruits.

I always let my hair dry naturally. And I never use a curling iron.

The only time my hair gets dried out is if I bleach it. My hair is on the oily side. :o(
