BRUSHING TEETH STOPS SNACKING

When your trying to lose weight a good way to stop those snack cravings would be to brush your teeth after your dinner.

Have you ever brushed your teeth and ate something straight after? It tastes weird doesn't it!? So you are less likely to want to eat anything knowing it will taste horrible!

Plus you will have a fresh taste in your mouth instead of the dinner you just ate, and you are not going to feel like you want more because you can still taste the flavours in your mouth.

If you really cant stop yourself though grab a piece of fruit instead of that chocolate bar!
