EAT PROTEIN BASED MEALS

If you feel hungry alot after you meals, your probably need more protein in your meals.

Fish with vegetables, peanut butter and eggs are good foods to include in your diet.

Carbohydrates like bread and pasta on the other hand are great to fill you up at first, but you will more than likely end up feeling hungry again.

Not to mention that Carbohydrates add on the pounds quickly.
