When you start a diet we tend to cut out all the 'bad' things all at once. Your bad being chocolate, take away food, alcohol etc.If you do this you will probably fail your diet because you will want for these things, and give into your cravings by eating too much it also.
You could try not eating chocolate for a whole week, but then treat yourself to a bar at the end of the week instead.
Or still have these treats but alot less and less often. It makes all the difference, as you will enjoy your diet more instead of resenting it.
