DIET TIP: Take away unfinished food

If your on a diet and eating out, restaurants portion sizes are usually alot larger than what you would typically serve yourself at home.

Plus you would have a starter, main, a desert and sometimes appetizers like bread too.
But you wouldn't have all three at home would you usually?

Just have the main course, or if you do have to have everything don't force yourself to eat it all because you want to get your money's worth.

The restaurant can always bag it up for you to take home to eat another time, if you feel like you want what you paid for.
