General weight loss will usually help with a double chin anyway, but sometimes it can be genetic.You could give this exercise a try:
1. Take your head back with your mouth closed
2. Stick out your lower jaw and pull upwards so you feel your neck stretching
3. Hold for 10 seconds
4. Relax
5. Open your mouth wide and pull your tongue out as far as it will go. Hold for 10 seconds
6. Relax
7. With your head held naturally push the chin out. Hold for 10 seconds
7. Relax .. That is the end this time.
You can repeat for as long as you feel comfortable doing it. Probably 5 minutes at a time is best to avoid any strain or injury.
