To alot of people vegetables can seem bland and boring.But if you want to succeed in your weight loss vegetables play an important part.
To get more flavour into your vegetables try stir frying them in a little olive oil, grilling them with some seasoning or trying mixing them into meals like chicken pasta etc.
They taste really good, and you will enjoy them more than your boiled/steamed vegetables.

Aurora loves stir fried veggies! It's the only way I can get her to eat them without complaining! lol
I love my veggies, boiled, steamed roasted, anyway!
