WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS

Everyone gets stressed at the best of times. Taking deep breaths doesn't always work. You might need to try something a bit more relaxing instead.

You can do simple things like have a long soak in the bath, go for a stroll, listen to some music, read a book, phone or text a friend for a chat.

Or if you have the money go out with a friend for lunch, watch a movie or treat yourself at a Spa.

You will feel a whole lot better afterwards, especially if you have a busy family life. It's nice to have a break and get away from it all once in a while.
