DIET TIP: Diet drinks make a difference

Are you a fan of sugary drinks like coke, lemonade, sweet tea or soda?

The only trouble is when your on a diet it's not going to help you lose your weight properly.

I know dieting can be hard, but switching to diet coke for instance makes all the difference.

In fact if you drink a 20 ounce bottle of coke everyday, and change to diet coke instead you will lose about 25 lb in one year!
