DIET TIP: A Few Food Switces

Sometimes some simple food switches in our life can make a huge difference.
A small change to the fatty products we eat currently can make a change to our weight over time.

You might want to try these alternatives:


Whole milk - Switch To - 1% fat milk
Mayonnaise - Switch To - Mustard
Fizzy pop - Switch To - Water or diluted pop with water

Just doing these few things alone can help you lose several pounds a year, and that's without even exercising or dieting.

Excellent tips. I usually drink soy milk when I do have milk and I try to use more mustard than mayo. I don't like soda too much so I normally drink water. See, I'm so smart. LOL.
