FOOD THAT TRIGGER MIGRAINES

There can be many causes for migraine, but sometimes it can be down to certain foods that you eat too.

The more common ones are:

Tea, coffee or Cola - Contains alot of caffeine
Alcohol - More so beer, red wine and sherry
Chocolate - Not just the bars, but hot and cold drinks too
Tyramine foods - This is like processed meats and some cheese. This is where the product has been chemically treated to make the item last longer.
Any foods that has additives - This is probably the most common cause to start a migraine off.

So if you suddenly get a headache after consuming any of the above foods, that is probably the reason why.

Unfortunately for some reason migraines also tend to be more common in women than in men. Boo!
