HOW TO EASE PERIOD PAIN

When it comes to that 'Time of the month' for some of us we can suffer with alot of menstrual cramps or period pain as others call it.

Here are a few tips to help ease this uncomfortable time:

*Take a hot bath
* Put a hot water bottle on your lower back or stomach
* Take deep breaths and listen to some soothing music
* Try not to stand for long periods at a time
* Massage your lower back or even better if someone can do it for you
* Eat foods full of calcium like yogurt, milk or green vegetables
* Avoid salt, sugar and caffeine

If none of these ease your pain you can always try calcium or vitamin supplements that will help you with the pain relief and also relax your muscles too.

I'm so glad I don't have to worry about this anymore.

This is a good tip girl! Didn't know that calcium helps on this women problem.

Those are good tips. I try to get Amber to follow those kinds of things to make herself feel better during that time.
