Alot of people tend to go for fat or sugar free foods when on a diet.However some people can be mislead into thinking that there will be less calories too, when in fact the food still has the same amount of calories than normal ones would.
Knowing things are sugar and fat free you could be tempted into thinking you can eat more of it.
But you wont be gaining anything from this, apart from some weight maybe!

I saw something about that on the F Word with that dark haired women talking about it. I always assume that if its low fat then it's low calorie too....silly me.
