Ok, there seems to be a thing at the moment for celebrities wearing weird hats, and Rhianna is no stranger to this as she wears this bizarre smurf style hat!I'm not sure why she feels she needs to wear a hat with a dress on it's own anyway!It's not like she was going to Ascot or anything.
Maybe it's covering a bad hair day? Not that we would notice with her ever so changing hair styles!
