Some people you just cant feel sorry for really - Like Rose McGowan.A girl that is already pretty, and yet she decided that it wasn't enough and looks like she has had one face lift too much too tight here!
Her face just looks so stretched, and it makes her mouth and eyes look wide too.
I wouldn't have thought that she would have needed any surgery at her young age, but that's celebrities for you i guess.

She definitely looks better in the before, in my opinion.
It almost looks as though she's smiling a bit more in the other picture over surgery.
But this could be wishful thinking, because she's so beautiful and I'd hate to think that she would go and ruin that beauty.
It's really sad that people just cant be satisfied on their god given beauty... I like the before picture better.
I just saw her on the new episode of SVU... She was so pretty once, not she looks like she's been sucking a lemon and she has a lisp. It's sad someone who was naturally attractive would do this. And I don't believe the car accident story. Women should age naturally and let the world see their natural beauty.
