Gwen Stafani and her husband Gavin Rossdale's home was broken into on Saturday.Their London mansion was smashed into via the main front door, where the burglars ended up ripping the door off it's hinges.
They managed to reach the ground floor flat which is rented out to a friend, and stole jewelry.
Luckily they failed to get access to the top of the house, as it is said to be 'very secure'.
Why is it when burglaries go on and no one sees or hears it at the time? Well one neighbour said she heard a crashing sound but thought it was her sons in the basement!
Worse still it was only until 12 hours later when a passer by saw the door in pieces that the police were called.
At the time of the break in thankfully Gwen, Gavin and their kids.
People are not safe anywhere these days. Not even rich celebrities. It's a horrible thought isn't it?
