DIET TIP: Eat Potassium-rich foods

Foods that have Potassium in them are really good for helping you lose weight.

This is because they are low in calories and will keep you full for longer. Bonus!

The type of foods to look out for to include in your diet are spinach, yogurt, jacket potatoes (skins left on) and white beans.

I never knew potatoes had potassium, always thought they were high in starch, therefore high carbo's?

I was of the impression there weren't really many foods that were high in k+. Watermellon is one, but not something we eat very regularly, celery the same.

You've peaked my interest. Raisins also comes to mind. But, the items I know to be high in K+ aren't things that would fill anyone up.
