This rounded belly bump could well be a pregnancy one, considering Pamela Anderson has a tiny frame.The bump doesn't quite fit in with the rest of her body does it?, unless she is having a 'full belly' time!
If it is it doesn't look like shes trying to hide it much with her tight fitting dress.
The photo was took when she came out of a London hotel, then she was later snapped with a long scarf over her stomach area. Maybe she is trying to hide it after all?
