I think it's Halloween every day for Lady Gaga with some of the outfits she turns up in!I cant even explain what this outfit is suppose to be, as my eyes are torn between keep looking at the bird cage head, big fluffy hair, bra over her shirt and flour on her hands and legs!
She wore this to pick up an award for accessories at the annual ACE awards in New York.
I'm guessing she truely deserved that award! What do you think?
