I bet you never thought you could actually tone up from sitting down?Well you do have to do a little something, but you can do it whilst reading your emails, doing work on the computer etc.
To work on firming your bum, tummy and legs follow these simple steps:
* Tighten and squeeze your buttocks. Hold in for 10 seconds, then repeat this method at least 8 times or more.
* To tone the calves of your legs, push your feet onto your toes. Hold for 10 seconds then repeat
* Work on your abs by sucking in your tummy. Do this so it's hard enough to feel the effect, but not that hard it's uncomfortable and you cant breathe. Hold this for 10 seconds and repeat.
