WHITNEY & ROBBIE TO TAKE MICHAEL JACKSON TOUR DATES

Rumour has it that Whitney Housten and Robbie Williams will be filling some of the dates, that Michael Jackson was suppose to do at the O2 arena.

Both stars were massive back in their day and are set to make a comeback with a new album.

I'm not sure if Michael Jackson fans will be impressed though. Maybe the dates should have been left empty as sign of respect do you think?

But in another sense it's an opportunity for someone else to take the stage instead and have their moment i guess.

What are your thoughts? Should this go ahead or not?

HEALTHIER SMOKING: Electronic Cigarettes

There are a couple of things that particularly put me off smoking. One of them is the smell. Not only in the air, but what is left on your clothes, in your hair and on your breath.

The other is the health risks from the tobacco that is inhaled. Not to mention the cost of buying a pack of cigarettes each day also.

Then i discovered an e cigarette, called Cigarti electronic cigarettes. These have huge benefits compared to a traditional cigarette.

The electronic ones have no tar, carbon monoxide or other harmful substances in them.

Ok, there seems to be a thing at the moment for celebrities wearing weird hats, and Rhianna is no stranger to this as she wears this bizarre smurf style hat!

I'm not sure why she feels she needs to wear a hat with a dress on it's own anyway!It's not like she was going to Ascot or anything.

Maybe it's covering a bad hair day? Not that we would notice with her ever so changing hair styles!

WHO WORE IT BEST: Anna Faris or Jessia Simpson?

Stripes can be hard to pull off, especially vertical stripes! But these two ladies didn't have a probably wearing a full bodied striped outfit.

Anna Faris and Jessica Simpson both have good enough figures to wear this Michael Kors dress.

But who wore it best? Me personally would say Jessica simply because shes a bit more curvier and the dress tends to compliment her breasts.

TUMMY TUCK COSMETIC SURGERY

Sometimes diet and exercise alone cant fix some areas of your body, especially the stomach area. This is probably the most difficult part of the body to get back in shape.

You are probably more likely to be affected by this is you have had multiple pregnancies. Maybe more so if you have had one or more cesareans.

Luckily there are a couple of surgeries you can have done to fix this. These would be Liposuction and/or a Tummy Tuck.

What the tummy tuck does is take away the saggy areas of your stomach, and then tightens up your abdominal muscles.

TINNITUS: My Story

My bad health seemed to start when i had my tonsils taken out for some reason. After then for 6 months i had these illnesses one after another:

* Lung Infection
* Impetigo
* Dermatitis
* Hand & Foot
* Popped Eardrum

I took many different medications. Then not long after i had my ears syringed (for the popped ear) i started to hear ringing in both my ears.

I have now been diagnosed with Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and have to see a Tinnitus specialist after seeing a Ears, nose and throat specialist, even though i have perfect hearing (result from the hearing test).

After much research i found that i must have gotten it from my medications, as i don't work in a loud environment, and only ever go to nightclubs every so often.

I am told there is no cure, but there are remedies to lower or mask the sound.

I would love to hear from anyone who has Tinnitus themselves and hear your story, how you cope with it and/or if you have ever been cured of it (I heard also sometimes it can be temporary?)

Luckily at the moment i only tend to hear my ringing when i'm in a very quiet environment i.e bathroom or bedroom. To sleep at night i have to put a fan on. White noise is recommended, and it does actually work and help me sleep thankfully.

In the meantime ill update my post here again once i have saw my Tinnitus specialist in about 6 weeks time.

2010 SEASON PROM DRESSES

The 2010 will soon be here, and alot of girls will be planning their dresses already.

I know i would so i can get the best possible dress. It would be horrible to wait last minute, then find the dress you want has sold out. Remember the closer to the season the more dresses will get bought, meaning less chance of you getting the dress you want. So that's why i would always shop in advance!

There are two good sites you can get some really modern and traditional dresses from called 4prom.com and promgirl.net.

For whatever taste you are into - short, long, frills, no frills, bright, simple the collections are endless. You will also find alot of dresses made by reputable designers like Sherri Hill, Mori Lee, Jovani, La Femme, Prom dress Clarisse and lots more.

One of my favourites is the American Prom Queen dress. As a queen you have got to stand out from everyone else, and of course have that perfect 'queen like looking' dress to wear. You know what i mean - all long and flowing?

For those who just love to dance the short dresses would be perfect, and easy to move around in. Plus these type of dresses are ones that you can wear again for another occasion such as a wedding, party or going out with the girls! These type are not 'one off' dresses, so at least you can get your money's worth.

Another one of my favourites are the Mori Lee prom dresses. I love the fact that with some of them you can get the same dress but in different colours. This is really nice if you are going with a group of close friends. You can all wear a different colour each.

I always think that these type of dresses would make lovely bridesmaid outfits too as they are just so simple, elegant and classical.

KEEPING YOUR FAMILY FIT: Dance at home

Dancing at home is one of the easiest ways to exercise. I'm not talking professional dance moves here or anything! It can be just putting some music on the TV or off your CD player.

Then dance how you would on the dance floor. Get your kids involved, hold their hands, spin them round-You get the picture?

After about 10-15 minutes you will feel shattered, and would have burned a few calories along the way too.

CHICKENPOX FACTS

Chicken Pox is caused by a virus called The varicella-zoster virus. It is a highly infectious disease that most people get at some point in their lives.

It is mostly common in children between 2 and 8 years old, and for some reason it tends to happen more so in between March and May.

You wont notice that you or your child has Chickenpox straight away, as it sits inside your system for 10-21 days before it shows. So you could have it without even knowing you do.

If your thinking of pulling your child out of school because the virus is around you are probably too late anyway, as your child has been in contact with children that may have it, or may not know they have it as mentioned above.

However if you or your child do get it your child will need to be off school then, as you become infectious 2 days before the rash appears and about 5 days after. You become non infectious when one or more spots have scabbed over.

If your trying to trying to avoid chickenpox you may find this hard, as you can get if from coughs, sneezes and saliva.

The good news is once you get chickenpox, it is very unlikely you would get it again, as your body becomes immune to it for the rest of your life.

His songs made him a big hit in the USA, especially his 'Together Forever' one.

But because of his huge success, it meant he would need to continue to tour and do promotions around the world. Unlucky for Rick he had a fear of flying so he never did this. His last hit was 1991 with 'Cry for help'

From when he was a massive pop star he made about 20 million dollars. Now he lives in Richmond, Surrey in the United Kingdom with his wife and daughter.

These days there has been talks of Rick releasing a new album. But i wonder if he still has a fear of flying? Otherwise history will just repeat itself wont it!?

MICHAEL JACKSON'S 4TH CHILD?

When a massive celebrity dies like Michael Jackson, unfortunately people cant just let him rest in peace. There is always someone out there with a claim or a way to try and make some money out of him.

First it was he ghost siting, then now this latest claim of Michael's 4th child. This 25 year old Norwegian man called Omer is seeking a DNA test to prove he is the son of Michael Jackson. Apparently his mom had a one night stand with him back in 1984.

He also says he has always been close to Michael, and he was invited to join the family at the memorial concert, where he sat in the front row.

Omer's step dad was quoted saying "Make what you like" to the press when questioned.

What bothers me is why make it public now? And why didn't he get the DNA test when Michael Jackson was alive?

Do you think this is real or not?

And that was my thought for today when i saw her in this Kermit The Frog muppet coat and hat, that she wore for an appearance on German TV.

WOMEN'S DESIGNER SHOES

Women can never have enough shoes in their closest. To have some designer shoes for women would be what i would class as my special' best shoes'

These are the type that have a high quality and have very little wear and tear, meaning they will last you for a long time. Like these Teeny red Patent Stuart Weitzman shoes in my picture.

HOW TO GET GLOWING CHEEKS

Some people hate rosy cheeks, whilst others are trying to get some colour into their cheeks after they have applied their foundation

Do this first to get rid of all the dead skin cells, so your face is fresh and ready to go.

Use concealer under your eyes and any red areas. This will even out your skin tone after all the steps followed

Apply all over your face and neck. Blend in well so it looks natural, and so you cant see any patches.

Blusher
Get your index finger and dab into your blusher. Dot the blusher on the apples of your cheeks. Then do this all over your cheek bones and to your ears blending in an upward stroke.

Luminizer
Dab this on your nose tip, your temples and on your cheekbones.

I'm really not sure to make of this video, which was filmed by CNN at Michael Jackson's Neverland Home. In fact i wasn't sure to blog about it at first.

There are that many fake ghost stories and imitation's about i found it hard to believe. Then i saw the video, and now i have reservations. It is quite spooky and disturbing to be honest.

If it is a prank what is that shadow?, and why would the the massive CNN network get involved in this hoax? Those are the two things that tell me i should believe that the ghostly image is in fact true.

AFFORDABLE FASHION GLASSES

I usually don't like wearing prescription glasses because the ones the high street opticians stock are really plain and boring.

I prefer eyeglasses that are going to stand out and make me look attractive.
You can get some really nice fashionable ones from Zenni Optical, and at decent prices too.

Your eye sight is really important, but you still need to feel confident wearing your glasses to be comfortable, which is something that can be hard to achieve if you wearing frames that you are just making do with.
