BREAK IN AT GWEN STEFANI'S HOME

Gwen Stafani and her husband Gavin Rossdale's home was broken into on Saturday.

Their London mansion was smashed into via the main front door, where the burglars ended up ripping the door off it's hinges.

They managed to reach the ground floor flat which is rented out to a friend, and stole jewelry.

Luckily they failed to get access to the top of the house, as it is said to be 'very secure'.

Why is it when burglaries go on and no one sees or hears it at the time? Well one neighbour said she heard a crashing sound but thought it was her sons in the basement!

Worse still it was only until 12 hours later when a passer by saw the door in pieces that the police were called.

At the time of the break in thankfully Gwen, Gavin and their kids.
People are not safe anywhere these days. Not even rich celebrities. It's a horrible thought isn't it?

SWIMMING EAR FACTS

What is it?

Swimming ear is an infection that is more common during the summer time due to the heat, humid condition, water bacteria etc.

The infection is on the outside of the ear and the the (wax producing) cerumen glands that line it.

An absence of ear wax causes the ear to be exposed and unprotected, leaving your ear open to germs

How does this affect me?

People who have this will get a sharp pain in and around the ear, jaw some hearing loss and/or itching in the ear canal.

If you do have the itching please try not to scratch as this will make it worse.

How can i try and stop it getting worse if i have it?

Keep your ears dry:
If necessary use earplugs or some cotton wool with Vaseline.

Don't use cotton swabs:
This remove ear wax that will line and protect your ear canal.

If it continues to bother you always go and see your doctor who will be able to give you some ear drops or oral medication.

HEAVIEST NEWBORN IN INDONESIA

All over the media at the moment is a story that a new Indonesian record has been made with this baby, who has been named the heaviest newborn in the country.

Pictured above at a Hospital in Medan North Sumata was born by cesarean. The unnamed baby is just 3 days old and weighing 8.7 kilograms (19.2 pounds).

You can see the massive size comparison as he lies next to a standard size newborn baby.

I wonder why he is so big? Was it something that was done during the pregnancy or maybe it's a rare genetic thing? Hopefully we may find out in the near future.

The picture above is the new Sugababes line up, filming their new video in LA with Jade Ewen as Keisha's replacement.

This will be for new song called About A Girl. They stated filming the day after Keisha left.

I myself am quite excited about the new line up and cant wait to hear what the new sound of them all together will be like.

This is Cheryl Cole's new solo album cover named 3 words. Instead of doing a usual girly album cover, she has gone for a bit of a glam arty look.

She looks really good, even if there are a few airbrushed effects but that is to be expected. I think the black and white makes it look more stunning.

Also is it me or is she looking a little bit like Victoria Beckham in this picture? Would you have known it was Cheryl Cole on first look?

I like the idea of Organic Dried Fruit. Not only does it help me stay healthy eating the fruit i need, but it's the convenience of it too.

CLUSTER HEADACHE ADVICE

Strange enough there are different types of headaches. One of those is called a Cluster Headache.

This is one of the most painful ones you can get, as the pain runs across the face as well as the head.

Sometimes taking headache tablets alone are not enough as the headaches can last from 15 minutes to a few hours, so by the time the tablets kick in it will probably be over.

The best treatment is breathing pure oxygen or Sumatriptan injections that you can get on prescription from your doctor. The headaches should then clear up within minutes.

These days there arn't that many good dance tunes about, or at least ones that don't all sound the same.

This new one from David Guetta featuring Akon is very cool. It's not like your 'typical' dance tune' but it's very Akon if you know what i mean!?Akon seems to sound the same in all his songs to me!

The video is a bit boring, but i think it will be one of those that will get all the girls on the dance floor.

KEISHA LEAVES SUGABABES INSTEAD!

After leaks to magazines and the press unofficially confirmed that Amelle from the Sugababes had left, and was to be replaced by Jade Ewen an unusual turn of events has now occurred.

It has now been officially announced by Keisha herself on her Twitter page that she has left. But she states it wasn't her choice to leave.

If you have been keeping up with recent Sugababes revelations rumours suggested that Keisha was bullying Amelle. It didn't help matters that ex and original band mate Siohon said that she bullied her too.

From this the management decided to replace Keisha instead of Amelle. Jade Ewen will still be joining the group as planned, but of course taking Keisha's place instead.

Saying that Keisha isn't completely out the picture yet, and has been given a solo recording contract.

I'm curious to see how everything is going to work out as Keisha was in the Sugababes for 11 years, and was the only remaining original member left after a couple of replacements over that time.

AMELLE HAS QUIT THE SUGABABES

It has been announced that Amelle has now left the Sugababes.

After recent stories of her going missing and claims of her band mate Keisha being a bully it looks like it all got a bit too much for her.

21 year old solo singer Jade Ewen is said to be replacing her. Jade competed at the Euro vision song contest representing Britain and has recently released a single called My Man.

Jade is set to join the band soon in LA to work on a new single and video. She actually looks quite similar to Amelle (see below).

Was this done purposely you think?

As of this point though no official statement has been made by all parties, but it's looking set to be this way according to close sources.

It's a shame i liked Amelle. This would be the 3rd new Sugababe line up now.

I wonder how long it will be until people get bored with the constant changing faces?

SUGABABE BULLYING: Former band member speaks up

After Suga babe Amelle went missing the other day, rumours started to form that is was other member Keisha that had been bullying her.

Keisha denied it of course, but now it seems that former Sugababe Siobhan, who was one of the original members confirmed that Keisha was the reason she left the band, as she felt like she was being pushed out.

Siobhan quoted 'She made my life a living hell. I will never forgive her'

Now this is interesting. With none of the original members left apart from Keisha herself this could be true.
