LADY GAGA MAGAZINE COVER 'OFFENDING'

Lady GaGa did a topless cover for Q magazine with her bits you might say covered, all but the lower breast area.

Apparently this was offending the New York State Law who doesn't allow any 'showing below the nipple'. So the magazine now has a white sticker over the area as you can see above.

I think this situation is all a bit over the top, but then i was surprised Lady GaGa did a cover like that. It's usually people who are desperate to be famous that do the topless stuff.

You can still get the magazine without the white sticker over it in the small shops. But no doubt they have probably all sold out by now!
