When i look at catwalk fashion sometimes i think to myself just why do the designers bother?
I mean i get the whole being different and creative etc, but if no one is ever going to wear them it's just wasting their own time.
Most of the outfits wouldn't even reach the
Catalogues, because the prices would be too expensive for a start no doubt.
This creation showcased at Barcelona Fashion Week by Spanish designer Manual Bolano, is amongst the strangest outfits i have seen. I mean bear suits -really!?
Give me catalogue outfits any day. At least browsing through those you see a sense of normality.
And you can get clothes above your typical model 6-10 sizes. I couldn't imagine buying the bear outfit for myself or anyone else either.
Have you noticed all the models look quite miserable when they are walking down the catwalk in these outfits?
I always think whatever crazy outfits the designers create they should wear it themselves. Would they? and could they?
What do you think about the whole Catwalk vs Catalogue Fashion?
Maybe your a fan of the unusual? I do actually love to look at catwalk attire, but to actually buy them is a whole different thing!
